One day, I wrote the following statement on a sticky note by my desk: Don’t do it for the recognition.

I am thankful that with the help of God, family, and teachers I have overcome the learning disorder of dyslexia.

Being diagnosed with dyslexia and learning how to deal with it had its challenges in itself.
