Invite Dr. Katherine 

Author, speaker, educational consultant and ministry leader–Katherine Hutchinson-Hayes, Ed. D., has had her hand in leadership and supervision for many years. Katherine is also a counselor, and owns an event-planning business. Her work in art/writing is distinguished by awards including the New York Mayor’s Contribution to the Arts, Outstanding Resident Artist of Arizona and the Foundations Awards at the Blue Ridge Mountains Christian Writer’s Conference (2016, 2019). Katherine loves speaking to groups, delivering messages with quick wit and real-life stories.


As a Trainer of Trainers, Dr. Katherine Hayes fully believes there many ways to do things well but only one way to do God’s will right. Author, speaker, educational consultant and ministry leader–Katherine flourishes in the area of educational and Biblical discipleship. Her sweet spot or, zone of genius, has evolved from a career spanning 20 years in education and both children’s and women’s ministry, Katherine morphed and transitioned into an educational consultant for charter schools, home school programs and churches that led up program development; growth facilitating and public relations. Easily identifying holes and problem areas in these projects; developing strategic planning and team-building, Dr. Katherine Hayes combines over 20 years of experience into her current consulting business. Bottom line, Katherine provides executive level accountability so you and your organization get the attention to detail they deserve and you start excelling in a healthy, productive, work environment.

Katherine strongly believes in supporting missions in the local and global community as described by the following: orchestrated, attended, raised funds, supplies and clothing for New Hope Children's home Mission trip in Jamaica, created Christian nursing home outreach programs for U.S. Army outreach using adults, children and animals to minister to the infirmed and elderly, worked with Grace for Glory nonprofit for Haiti providing event planning services and financial support for the speaking engagement featuring Tammy Wilson, the mother of Seattle Seahawks Super-bowl winning Russell Wilson.
 

She continues to fundraise, volunteer and work with First Coast Women’s Services Pregnancy Crisis Centers, Central Brazil Mission, City Rescue Mission, and Light for the Future.

Dr. Katherine
Hutchinson-Hayes

Dr. Katherine Hutchinson-Hayes is an editor, author, speaker, podcaster, and educational consultant. She is the production editor for Embolden Media Group and a member of Word Weavers International, serving as an online chapter president and mentor. She belongs to FWA (Florida Writers Association), ACFW (American Christian Fiction Writers), CWoC (Crime Writers of Color), AWSA (Advanced Writers and Speakers Association), and AASA (American Association of School Administrators). She serves on the nonprofit organization 540 Writer’s Community board and is an art instructor for the nonprofit organization Light for the Future in Guatemala. Katherine hosts the podcast Murder, Mystery & Mayhem Laced with Morality and co-hosts Open Mic, a Word Weaver International podcast. She contributes regularly to several magazines, blogs, and newsletters. She authored Bible study for women, a collaborative anthology of devotions, and is currently working on the sequels of her first general market thriller novel. Her thriller A Fifth of the Story debuted in February 2024 through Endgame Press.
